Clinic Hours


• The Clinic is open to patients at the times shown in the schedules below.
The clinic is closed on major holidays and most weekends .

• An in-house pharmacy and a prescription drug service are available when the clinic is open.
• Both General and Specialty clinic hours are determined by need and availability of volunteer staffs.  On specific days the wait to see a physician may be considerable because of this.

Acute Illness or Job Conflict Clinic

We plan to increase the number of clinics and the hours of operation as the need is
identified. To do this requires adequate volunteer staffing, facility space and financial support
from the community.

† To qualify for the Drug Assistance Program you must see a CHFC doctor to approve your
drugs. (See Prescription Assistance Program. )Patients are encouraged to bring in medicine bottles of drugs they are currently using.

The CHFC pharmacy does not store, and medical/dental professionals do not dispense,
prescribe or provide controlled substances including narcotics, depressants and stimulants
under Schedule II, III, IV and V of the Drug Enforcement Act.
